Where is my refund? Multibanco, iDeal, SOFORT, Giropay

Multibanco Refunds

The payment method Multibanco does not provide any means for processing refunds. Our payments provider, Stripe, instead need to create an IBAN credit transfer. In order to do this, they will require you to provide them with your details. They will send an email to the email address submitted at the time of purchase with a form for you to fill out. 

This email is often sent to spam folders. If you receive an email from us to notify a refund was processed for your order where you paid via Multibanco, please check your spam folder straight away or add support@stripe.com to your address book. 


If you do not receive this email from Stripe, or are having difficulties with completing the form, please contact us and our team will be able to assist you. 

 

iDeal, SOFORT, Giropay

These payment methods only allow refunds within a certain number of days of the date of purchase. If you paid with one of these payment methods and have not received a refund within 10 working days of receiving the email confirming a refund, please contact us.
