Upgrading/exchanging your tickets
We can normally help you to upgrade your tickets (i.e. General Admission -> VIP, or Day ticket -> Weekend pass), or exchange them for another ticket category (i.e. change which day your ticket is for).
The new tickets must be purchased with us and be for the same festival. The new ticket you want will also need to be in stock.
To request an upgrade or to exchange your tickets, please contact us.
If an upgrade/exchange is possible, we will ask you to purchase the new tickets and we will then process a face value refund of your original order.
We might not be able to help you upgrade/exchange if you have already received your tickets, or if the festival does not allow ticket changes.
Unfortunately, our suppliers do not normally allow us to transfer your booking to a completely different festival.
We can occasionally make exceptions if you booked the wrong site at certain festivals, and you contact us immediately after booking.
