If you try to access the order you have just placed, or attempt to get your Festival tickets, and encounter this error:
Then you are logged in to a different account than the one the order was placed with.
The following steps will fix this, and allow you to access your tickets:
- Logout of the current account by going to this page.
- Click the link on the confirmation email (View my Booking Details)
- You should then be logged in with the account the order was placed with.
