I lost my wristband, can I get a refund?

The wristband code, found on the reverse of the cashless refund, is needed in order to claim the refund. So you will need to keep the wristband after the event.

If you bought a prepaid voucher before the event, we are able to track which wristband was allocated to you, please email support@eventgenius.co.uk

If you didn’t, then unfortunately it will not be possible to get a refund for the unspent balance of the wristband.
